At Scented Samples, we want you to be delighted with your fragrance experience, but we understand that scents are personal. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened or defective products to ensure you find your perfect match.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused sample or bottle in its original packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
